ABOUT ME
With more than 15 years’ experience working for an array of global brands, I am a communications, marketing and partner activation professional, specialising in the areas of motorsport, automotive and sports.
I am fortunate enough to have worked with so many different companies, championships and athletes during this time, but it’s my connection to the all-electric Formula E series that I’m perhaps most regarded for. As the first ever staff member back in early 2013, I played a pivotal role in launching the category, building and shaping its communications strategy, and helping it achieve the global recognition it now enjoys.
More recently, my Formula E path led me to head up the communications for the Envision Virgin Racing team where I’ve been instrumental in developing its sustainability strategy, as well as broadening its non-motorsport appeal.
Prior to all this, my career originated from a background in journalism before breaking into motorsport PR with the BTCC and my work with Renault UK and RenaultSport. After this, I joined Jonathan Palmer's MSV to become the press officer and FIA Media Delegate for the FIA Formula 2 Championship before moving to Formula E where I also continued my FIA duties.
I have also worked for sports activation agency Crunch Communications consulting on a variety of projects, most notably for Shell and activating its sponsorship around the Shell Eco-marathon, Scuderia Ferrari F1 and the Hyundai World Rally Team.
I am immensely proud of all I have achieved and pride myself on hard work, delivering results, the utmost attention to detail and being very easy to work with.
